We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our daycare team.
As a Daycare Director, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn, play, and grow.

```Responsibilities```
- Provide attentive care and supervision to children in the daycare
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
- Create a structured daily routine that includes playtime, learning activities, meals, and naptime
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment where children feel safe, supported, and valued
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Ensure the daycare facility is clean, organized, and meets all safety regulations
- Collaborate with other daycare staff to create a cohesive team environment
```Requirements```
- Previous experience working in a daycare or preschool setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques for young children
- Ability to create and maintain a structured and engaging classroom environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- First aid certification is preferred but not required
- Experience in infant care and toddler care is a plus
