TEKLA Draftsman - Stairs and Rails

is seeking a Draftsman to join our growing team.
* The position requires an understanding of and the skills for both architectural & structural drafting and design as it pertains to stairs, railings and other ornamental metals.
Duties: Draft submittals, shop drawings, field drawings, and bills of material for ornamental railings and stairs.
Make corrections, revisions and changes to layouts as directed.
The idea candidate will be familiar with construction document production and will meet the following qualifications: * Be familiar with welding procedures and symbols as well as metals industry terminology * Education/training in drafting and design.
* 2+ years professional drafting experience.
* Proficient in TEKLA *(MUST HAVE ARCHITECTURAL/STRUCTURAL TEKLA EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION)* * Self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision, energetic and organized, with a desire to work as part of our team * Must have strong communication skills * Must be quick on your feet, able to multi-task, able to stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.
