Job Description The BI & A Administrator IV designs, plans, and implements innovative reporting and analytics solutions using toolsets including Microsoft Power BI, SSRS, SSAS, and IBM Cognos.
In executing the responsibilities of the job, the Administrator engages and consults with business users, application teams, infrastructure areas and vendors to gain a complete understanding of business and technical requirements.
The level IV Administrator works collaboratively with level I, level II, and level III BI & A Admins providing leadership, growing Admin capabilities and knowledge, and fostering a high performance culture.

How You'll Spend Your Time You will partner with Director, Enterprise Data Solutions on projects and ad hoc reports applying advanced BI skills to provide business analysis, decision support and thought leadership.
You will act as an escalation point for the team and helps remove barriers to ensure end-user consulting continues moving forward.
You will anticipate and identify issues inhibiting the attainment of assigned goals.
You will develop and implement corrective actions and aligns team members to shared goals and creates opportunities for teamwork.
You will work collaboratively with the team in providing leadership, growing the team member's capabilities and knowledge, and foster a high performance culture You will design and implement reporting and analytics solutions using business intelligence and analytics toolsets.
You will leverage your broad knowledge of business intelligence and analytics tools with best practices to consult and advise on moderately complex to reporting solutions including operational reports, scorecards, or dashboards, to visualize business unit performance and trends in meaningful and impactful ways.
You will administrate Windows servers that host BI & A applications troubleshooting OS, driver, installation and configuration issues.
You will examine user and business line SQL code in assisting troubleshooting issues across all BI & A reporting applications You will administrate, configure and maintain BI & A applications with BOKF policy and security standards.
You will implement user access controls and data security measures.
You will publish and schedule reports and dashboards to meet business requirements; proactively monitor BI Platform to ensure application stability and performance.
You will prepare and curate a library of technical specification and business-use documentation.
Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in information systems, data analytics, or related field with Minimum 6 years’ experience with modern data structures and applying data visualization/BI tools and techniques.
Completed certifications in one or more BI toolsets.
Windows server administration and strong application troubleshooting skills are required.
