Need help researching to build a CRM (Tulsa)

I am looking to hire somebody who is willing to do a ton of internet research to help me build a CRM for my small business.
I believe this will require a full week to do.
Here is what I need: You will go through a list of 440 companies.
I will need upwards of 4 contacts per company put into an Excel CSV spreadsheet that will have their name, e-mail addresses, and a phone number you can find it.
You will do this by going through the company LinkedIn page and finding the various positions that I need names for.
I will show you how to make this process go quicker.
You will take those names and then use Rocket Reach to find email addresses.
I have a list that will have some of the customers information that you can copy and paste to that will make this go quicker.
Once you have all of the names, I will need them broken into tiers based on their location.
I can detail that with you when the list is assembled.

I think it will take at least 3 days to cull through all of the information but I would budget 5 days to do it.
