Coffee Shop Manager

```Duties``` - Oversee daily operations of the shop, including opening and closing procedures - Manage and train a team of employees, including conducting interviews and providing ongoing coaching and feedback - Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and addressing any issues that arise - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including regular cleaning and sanitization procedures - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines - Assist with food production as needed, including cooking and preparing menu items - Implement and enforce company policies and procedures - Handle cash transactions, including operating the point-of-sale system ```Experience``` - Previous experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a retail or food service environment - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices - Familiarity with food safety regulations and guidelines - Ability to effectively interview, train, and manage a team of employees - Experience with cash handling and operating a point-of-sale system - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
