*Job Summary: *
The Human Relations Manager is a key leader and member of the leadership staff.
In this role, the Human Relations Manager provides the full range of HR support to GB Provisions in the areas of positive employee relations and engagement, talent acquisition and retention, employee development, compensation, and benefits administration.
This position is also responsible for partnering with DOOs and GMs to support each location’s safety programs and initiatives.
_*Reporting Relationships:*_
The HR Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations and works congruently with and supports management teams.

_*Duties/Responsibilities: *_
* Act as a business partner and advisor to the Leadership team and General Managers.
Provide guidance and advice on employee relations issues, HR policies and practices, and legal risk.
Understands the business and creates HR strategies to align with business goals.
* Develop and administer key HR policies and processes.
Recommends changes to effect continuous improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
* Partner with and support DOOs and GMs with workforce planning, performance management, and employee development.
* Lead employee relations issues, investigations, and exit interviews.
* Design and maintain an effective employee engagement strategy to motivate the workforce, reward performance and retain workers.
* Ensure OSHA compliance
* As a subject matter expert on Oklahoma Wage and Hour practices, identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting Human Relations function and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
* Manage the facility Workers’ Compensation Program, including claim management and interactions with claim administrators and legal staff.
* Manages and conducts payroll for all GB Provisions entities.
* Monitors Performance Reviews in coordination with DOOs and GMs.
* Monitors and maintains Employee Benefits.

* Familiarity with COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, OSHA, and related state and federal regulations
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
* Able to work productively and independently
* Knowledge of Oklahoma Wage and Hour policies and practices preferred
* Knowledge of Workers’ Compensation management preferred
_*Education and Experience: *_
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Relations or related field required.
Master’s degree in Human Relations or a related field preferred.
* HR certificate preferred (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR)
* Prior experience in bar/restaurant/service industry preferred but not required
* Proficient use of MS Excel and Word
* Proficient use of Toast Payroll software preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.
00 - $60,000.
