Shift Manager Responsibilities: * Lead shifts each week * Customer Service skills - making sure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly experience * Provide leadership to crew and other managers on shift * Ensure great quality, service, and cleanliness for customers * Perform tasks that include - monitoring performance of staff, take action to ensure shift team is meeting McDonald’s standards.
* Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
* Communicate with next shift manager to prepare for next shift * Meet targets set to help meet store goals.
