We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of Account and Product Manager.
This dual role combines responsibilities from both account management and product management, focusing on managing relationships with key clients and overseeing the development and execution of specific products or product lines
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate closely with clients to gather detailed product requirements and understand their specific use cases and preferences.
Create comprehensive documents, such as user stories, that outline features, functionality, and technical specifications.
Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for new product releases, driving product awareness and adoption.
Support clients in issue resolution and provide ongoing client support.
Conduct performance analysis and optimization of products to ensure continuous improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
Monitor market trends and customer feedback to inform product development decisions.
Develop and execute effective product marketing strategies to drive adoption and maximize revenue.
Requirements
Proven experience in both account management and product management roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Knowledge of market trends and customer demands in the relevant industry.
Familiarity with product development processes and methodologies.
