Overview:
Under general supervision, oversees the operations of Information Technology, Telecommunications, Audio Visual and Production.
Manages day to day department operations, event technical production, budgeting and maintenance of various technical systems.
This role will pay a salary of $100,000 to $120,000.

Responsibilities:
Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products.
Assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to IT network
Implements network security
Oversees the administration and maintenance of the company's entire infrastructure
Oversees the administration of the company's LAN/WAN
Manages and develops upgrades to the company's telephone system
Oversees the administration and maintenance of computer stations and software
Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary
Responds to escalated help desk issues.
Interacts with internal and external clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner
Ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly
Coordinate with management team to ensure all goals are met for each event.
Develop, implement, document and maintain effective facility maintenance policies, procedures and programs.

on all lighting, sound, computer, wireless, structured cable, scoreboard and audio-visual equipment.
Oversee and provide cause for proper control and care of lighting, sound, computer, wireless, structured cable, scoreboard and audio-visual equipment and manage inventories of supplies, spare parts, shop tools and equipment.
Oversee related contracted maintenance agreements.
Assist in developing bid specifications, renewal agreements, and manage all other related items to insure that acceptable and quality performance levels are achieved.
Oversees costing estimates for the client and obtains client approval whenever changes occur and additional cost are to be incurred.
Oversees all technical production in both BOK Center and Cox Business Center to ensure proper and current AV standards are being maintained and delivered to clients.
Work with Event Management Staff to facilitate lighting, sound, computer, telephone and audio-visual needs of the clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and six years related experience and/or training or equivalent professional work experience.
Minimum of five plus (5+) years of full-time work related experience in the public assembly industry (stadiums, arenas, and/or or convention centers).
Demonstrated knowledge of cloud network infrastructures, Microsoft server environments, ERP systems, and cloud based productivity tools
Demonstrated ability to be an innovator, building strategic roadmaps that enable IT to be thought partner with the business

Understand and be capable of insuring that all laws, building codes, ordinances, policies, procedures, risk management and emergency procedures are followed.
Possess an understanding of facility’s electrical, mechanical and other systems.
Be familiar with the principles and techniques of supervision, training, budget preparation and purchasing.
Respond to routine, precautionary and emergency alarms from building automation and life safety systems.
Follow and adhere to all safety precautions and procedures.
Maintain an effective working relationship with clients, employees, exhibitors, patron and others encountered in the course of employment.
Read and comprehend blueprints, drawings and other related materials.
