Lead Teacher

Responsibilities: - Implement Kumon math and reading curriculum.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning and development - Assist with Parent communication, and with some office work.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in education or a related field - Experience working with children - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students - Ability to multi- task with efficiency a must.
- Excellent customer service/presentation skills.
