Job Summary: The Senior HR Consulting Manager will be responsible for providing senior leadership level human resources services to clients, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and providing leadership for Human Capital staff.
Primary responsibilities include:
Leading by example; actively living out and promoting the firm’s core values HT3 and service standards.
Providing strategic and HR consulting services to clients including:
Providing strategic consultation services to clients
Providing outsourced CHRO, VP, or Director level services to clients on a retainer basis
Leading transformational HR projects for clients including but not limited to: organizational design reviews, leadership development programs, compensation reviews, succession planning, HR audits, HR department reorganizations, company-wide reorg planning, high level investigations and terminations, etc.
Preparation of client reports pertaining to findings, suggestions, and proposals
Leading business and process improvement projects, including merger & acquisition related due diligence support
Providing operational leadership for the Human Capital Practice
Managing and motivating the team to achieve organizational goals
Managing resources, systems and staff to ensure projects maximize quality, profitability, and the client experience.
Developing, recommending, and implementing systems and processes to create overall improvement in workforce success, productivity, and effectiveness for the HC employee and the client experience.
Overseeing the quality control processes and quality review of HC team members work to ensure quality meets established standards, including review of high risk and high-profile project deliverables.
Assisting the HC Principal in developing the HC business plan by forecasting resource requirements including billable hours, revenue projections and client changes.
Participating in department and firm administration, including active participation in the Career Development Program through:
Overseeing or assisting in the management of staff schedules and capacity
Serving as a Career Advisor for assigned Advisees
Assisting with the recruitment and selection of new team members
Assisting in the training and development of the team.
Expected level of chargeable time is 1,000 billable hours, within the context of 2,200-hour year
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or management from an accredited college required.
Master’s degree, preferred.
At least five (5) years of supervisory experience in an HR related position, either in consulting or in industry.
Experience in consulting or professional services industry preferred.
SHRM-SCP very strongly preferred
HR related technical certifications preferred, i.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other software applications
Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to work with business owners and executives
Strong technical, research, organizational and analytical skills required
Ability to manage multiple priorities and demanding deadlines
Ability to work independently and be highly organized
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job the employee will regularly be required to sit, stand, reach, walk, drive, kneel, crouch, crawl and lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
