As a Turf Route Manager at Ryan Lawn & Tree, you'll have the opportunity to work outdoors, apply turfgrass treatments, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities of a Turf Route Manager:
Delivering excellent account management and customer service
Managing a route consisting of 400-500 customers
Handling turf bid requests, fertilization applications, aerating, seeding, and service calls for customer properties
Diagnosing and providing specific lawn care solutions for individual customer properties
Collaborating effectively in a team environment and working efficiently independently
Demonstrating knowledge of turfgrass practices and other RYAN services
Requirements:
Preferably 3+ years of experience in the green or agricultural industry
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in agronomy, turfgrass, or agricultural sciences is a plus
Possession of a valid Driver's License
Ability to obtain DOT certification
Capability to obtain and maintain a state-issued pesticide applicator license for turfgrass within 3 months
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
