We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our irrigation service department in Broken Arrow, OK.
If you are an experienced manager who thrives on leading teams to success and enjoys working outdoors, then this position is for you.
In this role, you will be responsible for account management, as well as overseeing the quality, production, growth, and personnel development of our irrigation service team.
Your duties will include recruiting, retaining, and motivating staff members.
We are in search of a special manager who can elevate our irrigation department's annual revenue from $700,000 to $1 million and beyond.

While an irrigation background would be advantageous, we believe that an excellent manager can learn the department and bring fresh perspectives.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop a department mission that aligns with Ryan's overall mission of disrupting the industry with well-paid, full-time employee owners who consistently outperform competitors.
Lead and mentor team members in a humble manner that promotes high-quality work, safe production, and ambitious growth goals.
Establish career paths for associates, providing each person with an exciting future to anticipate.
Conduct team meetings and one-on-one sessions confidently to communicate feedback, expectations, and goals.
Set and achieve annual, monthly, weekly, and daily goals, while also forecasting budgets.
Create a strategy for success.
Participate in company meetings to discuss production updates, goals, and results.
Prioritize and plan daily work activities, leading change management initiatives.
Instruct and reinforce safety protocols.
Teach your staff to identify and resolve irrigation issues for clients.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills in a professional manner.
Coach team members to expand their client base.
Familiarize yourself with Ryan's services and recommend other services offered by RLT.
Help Ryan stand out in the industry.
Requirements:
Passion for working outdoors and making a difference.
Firm belief in hiring and developing high-quality individuals one at a time.
5-8 years of irrigation experience.
3+ years of management and operations experience.
Strong organizational and management skills.
Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google apps.
Self-motivated, ambitious, high-energy, hardworking, and eager to make a difference.
Current valid state driver's license with no violations.
Ability to obtain a Driver's Medical Examiners Certificate DOT Required
