Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Food provided * Modern office setting * Growth opportunities * On-the-job training * Safe work environment Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems - Conduct inspections to identify potential issues or malfunctions - Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with mechanical and electrical systems - Coordinate with other technicians and supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) - Weld and fabricate components as needed - Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude - Proficiency in electrical systems troubleshooting and repair - Experience with CMMS software for work order management - Ability to supervise and lead a team of technicians - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal - Strong customer service orientation Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
