Job Summary: Manage the PMO and is responsible for ensuring that the PMO framework and processes are followed and effective.
Monitor progress, address risks, and provide insightful updates to senior leadership.
Lead strategic IT project planning and execution.
Manage and coach project managers and business analysts.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Evaluate and monitor projects, programs and portfolios.
Lead the strategic planning and execution of crucial IT projects and programs, oversee the entire lifecycle from initiation to successful completion.
Manage and support a team of project managers and business analysts, and ensure their activities align with organizational goals.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define clear project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress closely, identifies and addresses risks for seamless execution.
Manage PMO and monitor project budget and cost Provide regular, informative status updates and reports to senior leadership, and communicate strategic decisions.
Cultivate a results-oriented and collaborative project management culture that emphasizes excellence.
Stay current with industry trends to ensure continuous improvement in project management practices.

Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Systems, Business Management, or related field.
Advanced or Master’s degree in related field preferred.
7 years’ experience in IT Management, project or program management, or related position.
10+ years’ experience preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) and experience in Agile methodology.
Agile certifications preferred.
Familiarity with Portfolio Management tools such as Team Dynamix is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Demonstrated leadership ability and management of high-performing teams Must demonstrate analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to work independently and with others.
Strong technical computer programming and trouble-shooting skills High attention to detail Demonstrates strong multi-tasking capabilities and organizational skills.
Work Environment: Frequent exposure to manufacturing facilities with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
Ability to sit comfortably for prolonged periods of time.
Occasional travel as the job may require visiting customers and project sites.
Work is performed in a climate-controlled office setting.
