We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounting Manager.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting the financial operations of our real estate companies.
*Responsibilities:*
1.
Financial Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for multiple real estate entities, including accounts payable and receivable, expenses, payroll, and other financial transactions.
2.
Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
3.
Financial Reporting: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for each entity, providing insights into financial performance and trends.
4.
Budget Management: Assist in creating and managing budgets for each business entity, monitoring expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial plans.
5.
Tax Compliance: Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure timely and accurate tax filings for each business, maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
6.
Communication and Coordination: Work closely with stakeholders, including business owners, managers, and external parties, to address financial inquiries, provide reports, and support decision-making processes.
7.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, implement best practices, and enhance efficiency in bookkeeping operations.
*Requirements:*
1.
Proven Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
2.
Proficiency in Accounting Software: Demonstrated expertise in using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for financial record-keeping and reporting.
3.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
4.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial information, interpret data, and provide insights to support business decisions.
5.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple entities; financial records concurrently.
6.
Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders and conveying financial information clearly
