Club Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Club Manager to oversee the operations of our club.
The Club Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving profitability.
This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of club operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management
- Develop and implement strategies to drive membership growth and retention
- Ensure the club is clean, well-maintained, and meets all safety standards
- Train, motivate, and supervise club staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and provide feedback
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control procedures
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
- Develop and manage budgets to achieve financial targets
- Collaborate with marketing team to create and execute marketing initiatives to attract new members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices to enhance club performance
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in retail math and budgeting principles
- Experience in cash handling and financial management
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures
- Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly

- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling and record keeping
