Level 2 $15.
00 an hour - Yearly pay range with bonus = 27-32K
Level 3 $16.

All management can earn quarterly bonuses ranging from 0.
05% to 0.
85% of sales.
Advance to GM and make $850 a week salary plus bonuses.
Merit raises after 6 months and next 3 years.
A 3 year GM can earn over $70K!!!
