Salary Grade: Business Grade 11/ BG-11

Position Summary: Assist with the development and implementation of accreditation and accountability office processes.
Serve as a liaison between the instructional leadership directors, school leaders, data and analytics, and the enrollment team to ensure productive understanding and use of state and district policies, resources, and professional learning.
Prepare and review presentations, summaries, required reports, tracking systems, data, and other documents as needed.
Plan, organize, and direct long and short-term special projects that directly support accreditation priorities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in educational leadership or educational research and evaluation
• Master’s degree preferred
Experience:
• Ten (10) years of recent or relevant experience within public education
• Experience in school operations, strategic planning, and project management
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Etc.
:
• Extensive knowledge of Oklahoma education law, OSDE accreditation standards and Tulsa Public School Board policy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
