*What you’ll do: * The High Facilitation (HF) Lead is the first point of contact for the High Facilitation Educators.
This position is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Discovery Lab Workshop, Science Lab, and Little Lab programmatic efforts to ensure a world-class, joyful, learning experience.
* *Leads coordination communications with High Facilitation Educators when the Education Manager is not present* * Oversees the daily flow of educators and programming to accomplish staffing of the Workshop, Little Lab, and Science Lab and scheduled demonstrations and evening events.
* Provide daily oversight of the HF educators.
* Delegates and/or delivers programs and facilitation in each HF area.
* Coordinates and facilitates the movement of supplies and equipment to support the HF educators and their efforts.
* Promotes positive teamwork and collaboration across the department and the Discovery Lab.

* Bachelor’s Degree in education, science, or STEAM-adjacent field or equivalent education and experience.

The typical work schedule for this job varies depending on staffing needs.
Weekends are required.
