Preschool Center Director - Brookside

We are looking to add to our management staff at Avant Garde Preschool & Early Learning Centers! We are searching for a qualified and experienced Director for our Tulsa (Brookside area) location! The Director has a variety of front office responsibilities, including managing staff, working with parents and interacting with children.
They are tasked with helping hiring new staff, providing training, and constantly monitoring staff members to ensure they are accurately performing assigned duties and responsibilities.
As part of the job, you will stay in touch with parents, making yourself readily available to listen to their comments and concerns, and keeping them informed on new developments.
You may also be responsible for supervising children and developing activities that they will both enjoy and learn from.
The director is also tasked with a number of necessary behind-the-scenes duties to keep things running smoothly.
You must constantly monitor the facility, ensuring that it is a safe and healthy place for children, and adhere to proper OKDHS regulations.
The director will also make sure all children have proper paperwork on file.
You will work to keep enrollment at Avant Garde up by responding to parent inquiries, giving tours, hosting open houses, advertising and any other applicable marketing initiatives.
Education Requirements For This Job: Applicant must hold an active ODC.
Must be a Master Teacher on the Oklahoma Registry.
Must have current First Aid & CPR.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.
