Shift Leader/Manager

Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift - Provide excellent hospitality and customer service to ensure guest satisfaction - Supervise and train staff members, including bartenders and kitchen staff - Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations - Manage inventory control and ordering supplies as needed - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise - Collaborate with other shift leaders and management to achieve company goals Requirements: - Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Knowledge of kitchen management, and food safety practices - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented with good organizational skills - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
