Clinical Director
*Duties:*
- Directs the implementation of new policies, protocols and procedures of both clinic and ancillary staff under his/her supervision.
- Assist in managing staffing needs for scheduled and unscheduled time off in all areas of direct supervision.
- Responsible for all areas of supervisory functions of designated staff including recruitment, hiring, training, compensation, evaluations and counseling.
- Goal-directed, collaborative leader responsible for the ongoing mentorship and supervision of team including continued education, monthly meetings and appropriate communication to keep team informed on company changes or department issues.
- Responsible in acting as a liaison for the business office to operational staff for the for accuracy of correct authorizations, surgery scheduling, submitting billing information and all other aspects of items effecting revenue flow.
- Resolves daily operational issues in a timely manner and follows up with effective communication to physicians or staff on progress/resolution.
- Utilizes performance improvement concepts to identify and remediate process and quality opportunities for improvement.
-Develops and implements new ideas to increase efficiencies.
- Monitors and controls overtime from weekly/monthly reports and manages the employee or situation for appropriate adjustments.
- Resolves patient complaints while tracing all levels of risk.

*Qualifications:*
- Experience required in large physician group practice 20-35 doctors minimum with multiple locations and ancillaries.
- Bachelor's degree or 10+ years experience in relatable Healthcare.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Must be able to communicate and interact with colleagues, staff, patients, public and physicians.
- Ability to work under stress with interruptions and deadlines.
