The Talent Transformation Digital & Analytics team implements core, firmwide Talent applications leveraged to support key Talent strategies and processes.
As Talent identifies opportunities to transform the way we deliver services, technology solutions will need to be implemented or updated to provide an enhanced experience to our professionals and to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness improvements across Talent.
We are building a tech savvy and innovative capability to support Deloitte's preboarding and onboarding infrastructure as we transform the onboarding experience for candidates of our US Firm.
We're looking for an experienced manager who can become key subject matter expert - this person is technically adept, yet understands the functional steps of the talent acquisition and onboarding process.
This Manager will work alongside the Sr.
Manager as we implement and support our new case management technology to support Onboarding workflows across our HR technology ecosystem - from our talent acquisition platform, to our pre-hire automated checklists, and core HRIS and payroll platforms.
The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate strong technical and functional knowledge of onboarding processes and the technology that enables them.
This role requires experience implementing other platform technology, technical implementation project management and risk management, cross-stakeholder group collaboration, and a solution-oriented mindset.
This role will become critical as we implement new technologies and will require standing up a new operational and sustainment support, enhancement management, and support escalations.
Additionally, this will also include managing support of the support team India (USI), internal client stakeholder management, and liaison with ITS and Onboarding vendors.
Recruiting for this position will end on April 1, 2024.
Work you'll do As the Digital & Analytics Manager you will: Play a key role in designing, implementing and sustaining the Onboarding support model.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to design future state onboarding strategy.
Coordinate with ServiceNow and HXM consulting teams to prepare for upcoming go live activities such as End to End testing, Cutover, Service rehearsal testing and Hypercare.
Advise and counsel the ELE Preboarding team in key project activities (Cutover, SRT, Hypercare etc.
) Support Sr.
Manager with change requests, RAIDs and Day 2 activities.
Partner with PMO, ServiceNow Workstream lead and Deloitte Technology on management of support and enhancements.
Manage project risks by issue tracking, escalations and coordinating with Consulting, Talent and ITS team members as appropriate and understanding when to escalate and to whom.
Assist Sr.
Manager with the development of future state change control processes, governance, and release management and testing Oversee system training and documentation for system admin role.
Lead and develop a team of administrators to support maintenance and issue resolution, and act as an escalation point for the team as well as for Talent stakeholders.
Perform other role-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant work experience Subject Matter Expertise in Onboarding technologies and processes Background and experience with agile project management that will enable the implementation of system enhancement and new talent technologies, from ideation thru deployment phases.
Leadership experience in a dynamic, complex, client- and team-focused environment with minimal oversight and an agile mindset Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Problem solving skills and consultative approach with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices.
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excited by prospect of working in a developing, ambiguous, challenging situation.
Proficient Microsoft Office skills (e.
g.
, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams) Experience with ServiceNow and/or equivalent Onboarding systems is preferred.
Knowledge of the professional services industry is preferred.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,000 to $171,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
