* Interview with HR, start the training process by placing them with a qualified trainer and monitor closely with the trainer their progress through probation.
* Hold a daily morning huddle with crew leaders to ensure a daily plan that helps teams achieve throughput and efficiency goals.
* Ensure all work tickets are completed on time.
* Conduct regular field training sessions to maintain a high level of education and quality.
* Provide technical knowledge regarding services and proactive landscape care.
* Hold team members accountable for all safety procedures.
* Hold team members accountable for proper maintenance & cleaning of all equipment & tools.
* Evaluate crew performance and conduct performance reviews each season.
* Thoroughly understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
* Meet with Clients when needed to discuss quality control issues.
* Helping the sales representative when needed to provide leads with maintenance program estimates.
* Planning, coordinating and executing a bi-weekly Crew Leader Meeting.
* Troubleshooting apps that maintenance crews need to use when problems arise.
