Rolling Hills Care Center is a Skilled and Long Term Care Facility looking for the perfect Business Office Manager to join our team! $300 SIGN-ON BONUS - $1,000 LONGEVITY BONUS - UNLIMITED $300 REFERRAL BONUSES The ideal candidate will possess: -Experience in long term care -Experience with PCC -Experience with payroll, PTO submission, and payroll deductions -Experience with New hire processes/background checks -Experience with recruiting new employees -Experience with Indeed -Experience with conducting interviews -Experience with verifying benefits for resident referrals Long Term Care and Business Office Experience is required, as well as a positive attitude to bring to our building!
