Sand Plum is now hiring a CMA Supervisor / Resident Care Coordinator (RCC)-- applicant must be at least an Advanced Certified Med Aide (ACMA)--
Duties include:
-Assisting the DON in coordinating resident care with families, physicians, dietitians, and home health agencies.
-Scheduling the Med.
Aide/Nurse Aide staff and making adjustments as necessary
-Monitoring/assisting the Med.
Aide staff with medication ordering, and necessary order updates.
-Auditing/updating resident charts, med carts and MARS.
-Assisting DON as necessary.
