Panel Fabrication Tech Team Lead

Responsibilities and Qualifications: * Electrical Panel Fabricators are responsible for assembling and wiring electrical components into systems that drive the success of American manufacturing leaders * Must enjoy working with your hands * Prior experience leading or managing a group of control panel fabricators * Previous experience working in a panel shop * Prior fabrication and/or electrical panel wiring experience * Ability to use standard tape measure to mark drilling and cutting locations * Comfortable using basic shop tools: power drill, screwdrivers, wire cutters, etc.
* Familiarity with basic electrical circuit operation and ability to read electrical schematics * Willingness to learn and continually improve * Detail-oriented * Be someone who takes pride in your work and maintain a genuine desire to do your best * Positive, “can-do” attitude * Ability to work equally effectively as an individual or as part of a team * Experience using a pallet jack and forklift * Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds * UL MTR Certification is a plus but not required * Continuous improvement experience is a plus but not required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.
