Table Games Floor Lead - Hard Rock Tulsa

SUMMARY Lead all table game activities within an assigned gaming area.
Inspect decks and monitor the security of table games at all times.
Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Includes the following: Leads the opening and closing procedures of a pit area.
Maintains inspection of decks to ensure the security of table game at all times.
Oversees all action(s) in pit; report any irregular play to leadership.
Ensures adherence to safety policies and procedures and reports any safety hazards to leadership.
Maintains accuracy of table games inventory for opening and closing games.
Maintains knowledge of dealer procedures and makes sure they are being adhered to; report irregularities to leadership.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY Lead and/or guide the work of other employees.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or GED and at least 1-year of table games dealing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Ability to lead a gaming floor area without having direct supervisory authority over employees.
Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
WORK ENVIRONMENT Work may be performed in a variety of settings, including climate-controlled office settings and casino floors which includes exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.
Work requires lifting objects up to 10lbs.
Work will require varied shifts including, weekends and holidays, as needed.
