What You'll Do
Provide day-to-day leadership for staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members to ensure their success.
Collaborate with team members to set goals and development plans, fostering continuous growth.
Ensure a safe and sanitary work environment for both employees and guests.
Lead by example, ensuring exceptional quality in all food and beverage offerings.
Develop and/or approve departmental schedules for optimal efficiency.
Manage inventory control, order supplies, and maintain par stocks.
Enforce adherence to all gaming laws, company policies, and regulations.
Conduct training programs for teams, covering policies, food & beverage options, equipment, and service standards.
Remain current on all company policies and procedures.
