Implement maintain food safety and food procedures for entire stuff, delegation and full at the daily duties.
Qualifications and Education Requirements Basic Math and Reading, Computer and POS Knowledge, Ability to lift 40lbs.
Preferred Skills To Have Knowledge of all Temperatures and Serving Temperatures.
Communication skills, ability to get along with a wide variety of personalities.
Ability to assert yourself, ability to delegate responsibility.
Bilingual English/ Spanish a plus Additional Notes Requires Tulsa County Food Handlers Permit, Reliable Transportation and Availability for Late Night Shifts and weekends.
