Primary Purpose of Job:
The Enterprise Service Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction for the Enterprise Service Management, Vendor Management, and Financial Administration teams.
This role involves planning and coordinating all activities related to enterprise service management to support business needs, ensuring teams follow approved processes, and implementing enterprise services and solutions as designed by internal or external architects.
The Enterprise Service Manager also plays a crucial role in developing and executing a strategy for managing vendors, contracts, and negotiation strategies for IT vendors while effectively managing the IT departmental budget and financial performance.

*Position Specifications:*
*Required education:* Bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.
Additional Business classes and/or Masters degree in Business, MIS, or Computer Science preferred
*Required experience:* Five or more years of experience in managing IT professionals.
Management of external resources preferred
*Required skills:* Logical analysis, project management, management, general business, and communication skills.
Desired skills: Specific knowledge of operating systems, applications, and computing and telecommunications infrastructure used.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $121,700.
00 - $152,200.
