Must have prior Management/Supervisor experience within the Security industry, a Valid Driver's License, and open availability.
Responsibilities: - Supervise and oversee the security operations within the assigned area.
- Monitor and operate CCTV surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Implement and enforce loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
- Train and mentor security staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures.
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents, investigations, and reports.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.

00 per year Position Summary: A Signal Branch Dedicated Supervisor provides functional leadership to Signals Community Based Security Officers through the development and implementation of policies and practices essential to the effective management of day-to-day operations.
Basic duties include protecting all sites and managing all reporting officers.

Leads the Branch Manager Daily Scrum to communicate all service, property, and post order changes.
Schedules and conducts ride-alongs with officers under their supervision, providing feedback, accountability, and recognition as needed.
Promptly and consistently report any client specific information or issues to the Coordinator, while helping to execute and provide resolutions to any client issues or concerns.
Participate in the hiring process, interviewing candidates, and setting up orientation dates and times.
Communicate regularly with the Coordinator throughout the hiring process.
Responsible for equipment inventory and maintenance including uniforms, vehicles, devices, phones, etc.
while communicating any equipment needs and issues to their Coordinator.
Participating in a performance review during recommended time frames with the Coordinator to enhance the Officer Brand Experience.
Responsible for ensuring schedule is complete to fulfill contracted services and will cover shifts as necessary to ensure completion while minimizing overtime.
Responsible for recommending and issuing disciplinary action for personnel in violation of the Signal Standard Operating Procedures.
Furthermore, providing positive recognition for personnel going above and beyond the Signal expectations.
Communicate with the Coordinator in the Weekly Coordinator Meeting to review weekly score card, route reviews, operation priorities, and all client related issues.
Requirements: 18 years of age or older High school diploma or GED Pass background check and drug test Must have reliable transportation Must be able to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Complete training modules within first month Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills Demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds ?Signal is an equal opportunity employer.
