*OKCYC, a leader in behavioral health, is seeking a Program Director for a residential program.

Directors of this position receive direction from the OKCYC Behavioral Health Leadership and are responsible for the management and over-all quality/effectiveness of a residential unit that provides direct client services to juvenile youth.
Directors also serve as liaison between key stakeholders, division management, staff members and clients and provide coordination of functions and advocacy of programs.
This position requires strong management and communication skills as well as problem-solving skills and the ability to participate effectively in the decision-making process.
Program Director plans, organizes, directs and manages assigned major program areas and client services; participates with leadership in the planning, implementation, and on-going evaluation of the quality and effectiveness of client care and support services; participates in case conferences and team meetings to review individual needs and service plans; creates and implements programming based on needs; provides ongoing assistance with human providers around issues of treatment and care.
The Program Director conducts oversees and manages program staff; manages staff schedule; conducts staff meetings, advises staff in clinical professional and/or administrative matters; evaluates and support staff; plans and oversees the proper orientation, training, development and supervision of all assigned program staff; supports a therapeutic milieu for the clients and staff.
The Program Director is responsible for maintaining a professional and clinical presence; completing paperwork and reports; leading meetings regarding client treatment progress; other duties that arise to ensure safety and quality of program.
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with two years of experience in behavioral health.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.
