Overview:
The District Manager role is a managerial role for an assigned territory that reports directly to a Regional Manager.
The District Manager role is responsible for the management of the day-to-day business operations of the district and service personnel within the district that service and merchandise Rug Doctor Accounts by providing quality service in an assigned service area by adhering to the company C.

Responsibilities:
Monitor reporting, procedures, and processes to ensure all district expectations are achieved
Attend weekly district alignment calls with Regional Manager to discuss achievements and alignment of district
Manage and reconcile district expenses and approval of ASR Pcard usage
Advocate the alignment of team members to company initiatives - route ownership, quality service, representation, attitude, and safety
Initiate four monthly field route work-with’s to increase quality control and customer service experience
Facilitate machine and solution shipments and loading/unloading of deliveries as needed
Travel to assist and/or co-ordinate dedicated service project resources across the district and other regions
Manage all store sets, resets and routes to ensure service schedules and route coverages are maintained.
Manage workforce management responsibilities, along with employee relations with proactive problem-solving
Provide training and development in areas within the scope of the ASR position to ensure proper procedures are applied to processes
Produce and report on store audit findings in the field concentrating on areas of concern and improvements
Participate in management training courses including computer-based and instructor led
Ensure compliance of all regulatory agency requirements applicable to company and industry standards
Perform other duties as requested
Qualifications:
5+ years of direct delivery experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to travel 50% of time, overnights and work outside normal business hours as needed.
Excellent communication, presentation, written and technical skills
Ability to manage and train others, with desire to learn and practice company standards
Customer service oriented with dynamic and outgoing personality
Work independently with proactive problem- solving
Microsoft office knowledge
Ability to and operate forklift when necessary with mechanical aptitude
