Essential Functions and Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support for energy management needs across operations.
Maintain close relationships with utility providers, acting as a key point-of-contact between ONEOK and third-party suppliers.
Serve as a liaison between technical project teams and utilities to ensure the supplied energy satisfies the project scope and schedule needs.
Conduct RFPs for utility supply and negotiate favorable agreement terms.
Execute electrical supply agreements in accordance with contract administration processes.
Develop forecasts of electrical load and expenses.
Evaluate innovative energy solutions in alignment with ONEOK’s emission reduction targets, including alternative energy solutions and efficiency projects.
Provide guidance to stakeholders and leaders across commercial, operations, and engineering on market conditions, regulatory activity, or utility reliability as needed.
