Job Summary:
As a Medefy Software Project Manager you will take on a pivotal position by leading and managing complex IT projects from initiation to completion.
The role will work across the enterprise to build products that deliver high quality product features and user experiences that function correctly at launch.
Furthermore, you will contribute to the establishment of the Project Management Office (PMO).

We demolish barriers between healthcare and the people who need it, and we need your help to further our mission! Job Duties & Responsibilities: • Drives complex, cross-functional enterprise projects, leading multiple efforts simultaneously.
• Leads high-performing, cross-functional, and distributed teams comprised of project/program management, Analysts, Engineers and Developers, Data Engineers, Product Owners, etc.
• Facilitate technical joint requirements planning sessions between all teams.
• Manage project scheduling, effort estimation, and coordinate meetings for assigned projects.
• Create and manage project governance documentation including RAID logs, project status reports and comprehensive project plans.
• Create and provide status and reporting that will be presented to top management and across the project organization on in-flight projects.
• Work with leadership to ensure that resources are properly allocated across the portfolio of requests, ensuring that maximum value and output is achieved.
• Assists the PMO Manager in creating PMO operating models and deployment within the enterprise.
• Maintains an unwavering focus on process and project improvement by creating and sustaining templates, processes, and tools that bolster project success.
• Develops an efficient method for collecting and analyzing project data, encompassing scope, timeline, risks, and resource allocation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
You must have at least the following: • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or other technology related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in a project management role • 2+ years leading software, data, or other IT related projects with varying complexity • Exceptional written, verbal, and creative communication skills, including ability to translate insight into content, create visual or written presentations as well as create overall communication plans • Excellent at working independently and being a self-starter • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills It would be great if you have: • MP, CSM or ITIL designation • Previous experience working within a PMO at a SaaS company • Previous experience in a consulting environment • Ability to deal with ambiguity and navigate uncertain situations to drive for clarity; work calmly and maintain good judgment in a fast-paced, high-speed environment • A track record of exceptional partnering across various internal business groups, executive stakeholders, and execution partners with ability to build solid relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization • Proven ability to drive impact and effectively influence, with the ability to work broadly across disparate groups to gain agreement on direction, integrate disparate opinions into cohesive strategy/message and present/defend recommendations (all levels of an organization, technical and non-technical) • Ability to break down strategic vision into concrete action plans that are easy to consume, as well as the ability to effectively drive the implementation of new policies, processes, templates, tools, and other standards • Previous experience creating or contributing to the establishment and/or improvement of project management processes, methodologies, templates, tools, and other standards • Ability to effectively push yourself and those around you to accomplish the goals at hand and know how to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
You know how to identify an issue before it arises and provide proactive solutions Supervisory Duties: No supervisory duties Travel Requirements Percentage: Minimal – Less than 20% Physical and Mental Requirements: • Occasionally move inside the office to access file cabinets, office machines, etc.
• Prolonged periods of being stationary at a desk and working on a computer • Communicating with others to exchange information via typing • Must have close-range clarity of vision with or without corrective lens • Ability to simultaneously address multiple complex problems; Multitask without loss of efficiency or accuracy, able to perform duties from multiple sources • Interact appropriately with a variety of individuals including customers, clients, and vendors and under adverse circumstances • Must maintain regular attendance and be punctual • Must be able to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions What do we have that you want?
