The F&I Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have access to competitive financing options for their commercial equipment purchases.
The Manager can office at either Oklahoma City or Tulsa but will be required to travel to all of our OK locations.
(OKC, Tulsa, Enid, Big Cabin, and Ardmore) RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with sales teams to assist customers in securing financing for commercial equipment purchases.
Evaluate customers' credit applications and financial situations to determine suitable financing options.
Present and explain financing and insurance products to customers, ensuring they understand terms, rates, and coverage.
Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and insurance providers to negotiate favorable terms for our customers.
Process and complete all necessary paperwork for financing and insurance transactions.
Comply with all regulatory requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations.
Provide elite customer service throughout the financing and insurance process.
Keep accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.
Attend weekly sales meetings and discuss F&I pipeline while updating delivery dates/schedules.
Support and perform necessary duties relating to specific sales campaigns as defined by Corporate Sales Managers.
Outbound prospecting to existing customers or non-Bruckner prospects Regional customer visits with Corporate F&I Sales Manager and/or lender Reps: QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of two to five years of proven experience in commercial heavy truck dealership F&I management operations or equivalent equipment finance industry experience Mathematical Skills & Reasoning Ability: Evaluate/analyze financial statements, commercial and consumer credit bureau reports, and other items associated with securing equipment financing.
Compute complex payment structures manually, or by use of a financial calculator.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the equipment lease and finance industry.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Read and Write the English Language Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Travel to remote dealership locations within area of responsibility.
Travel plans are to be made with purpose and should include engagement with sales teams, lenders, and customers.
Position requires employee to maintain an acceptable driving record and must possess a vail driver’s license to ensure motor vehicle insurability.
Position involves the essential ability to sit and maneuver from one work area to another, being able to bend and squat, and manipulate small objects.
Involves working indoors and outdoors and may require limited lifting and maneuvering of boxes of computer paper and storage boxes.
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Position may at times contain extensive levels of stress and requires the ability to handle multiple tasks.
The position also requires regular attendance during business hours, requiring a minimum of 45 or more work hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Comply with internal policies related to the position including: All customer information including credit applications, financial statements, etc.
should not be left out in the open or visible when the F&I Manager is not in their office.
At the end of day, all customer information should be locked in a drawer with the office door locked and secured.
Computer (desktop/laptop) should be in a “Windows” locked position whenever the F&I Manager is out of the office with office door locked and secured.
Laptops should remain secure at all times when taken outside of the office.
Laptops are not to be left in vehicles overnight.
Original MSO’s and titles are not to be taken out of the office and should be secured at all times.
Sensitive details surrounding credit decisions should not occur between the F&I Manager and pertinent individuals/vendors/lenders.
