We are looking for an energetic leasing agent for one of our Tulsa apartment complexes.
The position involves:
* Advertising the complex and individual units for lease
* Detailed record-keeping of each unit and its tenant(s)
* Answering phone calls, emails, and company texts
* Staging units for viewing
* Speaking with potential tenants and "selling" the complex
* Inspecting units upon move-out to observe damages, etc.
* Updating the company server and website
* Scheduling cleaners and other workers
* Ensuring quality and professionalism
Position hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, with rotating weekends required.
Candidates with prior experience in leasing apartments are preferred, but not required.
Applicants must have prior computer experience, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
