Wanted a Handyman plumber to trade New Log splitter

Will trade pay or a new log splitter to plum in bath tub, all lines are already plumed, just need to set bathtub on, set and glue drain, and put on facets.
We hired through angies list, there employee stole my husband phone, and stole 4k.
We paid 800 for a appraisal and didn't pass because the work was not done.
